Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BTMINE processes information when you use btmine.com and the BTMINE mobile app. For privacy questions, contact bilalijaz333@gmail.com.
Account information
We process your name, email address, account identifier, email verification status and sign-in records to create and protect your account. With email and password sign-in, Supabase Auth processes your password; BTMINE does not store it as plain text in its account database.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic account information with Supabase Auth, including your account identifier, email address, verification status and profile information such as your name and profile image when provided. BTMINE uses your name, verified email and account identifier to sign you in and associate your existing BTMINE records with your account.
BTMINE does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts. Google account information is used for account access, account management and security, not advertising or sale to data brokers.
Mining and account records
Your account can contain miner orders, hashrate, purchase details and settlement records. We use these records to show your own miners and account history consistently on the website and mobile app. Linking existing records requires a verified account. Creating an account does not itself create a paid order or mining reward.
Where information is processed
Supabase provides authentication and stores sign-in identities and authentication records. BTMINE uses Cloudflare hosting and its D1 database for customer profile mappings, orders, settlements and service settings. These providers process information to operate the service. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country.
BTMINE account administrators can access records needed to manage the service and respond to support requests. Hosting and authentication logs can include request times, IP addresses, browser or device information and errors used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and device storage
The website uses secure session cookies to keep you signed in and complete Google sign-in. Browser storage remembers your display theme and caches public mining market data. The mobile app stores session information so it can access your account. Signing out clears the active app or browser session; it does not delete your account records.
Retention and your choices
Account and order records remain stored while your account is maintained and as needed to operate the service, resolve account issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. BTMINE does not automatically delete account history when you close the app or sign out.
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing bilalijaz333@gmail.com from your account email. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained to address disputes or legal obligations; any such limitation can be explained when your request is reviewed.
You can also remove BTMINE access in your Google Account connections settings. Removing Google access does not by itself delete records already held by BTMINE or Supabase.
